What size bag do I order?
We offer the most popular bags in our store, the 7 Litre capacity bags and paper bags are suitable for the kitchen top recycling bin provided by most councils. If you have purchased a kitchen bin then we would suggest you check out the sizes in the description of the bags for fit.
The 30 Litre capacity bags are ideal for the food waste bins generally kept outside(kerbside bins) the ones left for the council to collect. Some people prefer to use our 30L bag and put food waste directly into this bin. See the product description for dimensions and sizes of all our bags.
How will my order be delivered and what are the postal charges?
All our orders are despatched via Royal Mail Standard Parcel. There are no additional postal costs, they price you see is the price you pay.
How long will my order take to reach me?
We aim to despatch orders the same day they are received and we despatch orders Monday to Friday, any orders received over a weekend will be despatched on the next first working day. We advise to allow 2-3 working days for delivery but are at the mercy of the Royal Mail .
What Methods of Payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and use the secure Paypal service as our payment provider. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service. You can also contact us directly and make payment over the phone if you prefer and we also accept postal cheque payments. For cheque payments, we will need cleared funds before your order is despatched which may lead to a slightly longer delivery time.
What if I change my mind or want to cancel/return my order?
Just get in touch with our support team via email - email@example.com. You can return goods to us for refund as long as unused and undamaged. You will be liable for the postal charges which are non refundable . If in the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged or faulty please contact us immediately.
What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?
This rarely happens as we carry large stocks, if we are out of stock, the item will be put on back order and despatched as soon as stocks land. We will of course contact you to let you know.
Do you charge VAT on your items?
Yes, 20% VAT is included in the price you pay.
